Job description:
1) HR function (70%):
a) Talent acquisition: hiring qualified people according to the requirements from line managers;
b) Make and implement different levels of training plan with line managers;
c) Responsible for developing and implementing company’s salary/bonus systems;
d) Coordinate with line managers in performance management;
e) Keep good relationship with different HR partners;
f) Responsible for developing the wellbeing of company staff/workers and promote Halton values internally;
g) Support line managers in employee relation management and other issues; provide professional suggestions to line managers and GM;
h) Handle expat issues: employment license/work visa, work permit/residence permit application, apartment arrangement as so on
2) Administration function (20%):
a) Handling different projects in sales office and factory;
b) Handling IT coordination with Finland IT team;
c) Routine administrative work in sales office and factory;
e) Invitation letter, hotel reservation and car arrangements for visitors
3) Support Marketing Manager in marketing issues and coordination with local suppliers (10%)
Requirements:
1) University degree or above;
2) Solid working experience in HR area for minimal five years; experience as factory HR is a plus;
3) Familiar with local labour laws and rules;
3) Strategic thinking, active and positive attitude;
4) Fluent English skills;
5) Good team work and communication skills;
