职位描述：
Position Description:
 Stay tightly connected with China office supervisor to review all ongoing product development projects and purchasing order status.
 Review with other departments within the company to make sure all the tasks are in line with company objectives.
 Develop appropriate sources of supply according to company requirements. Draft evaluation and proposal reports to support further potential supplier filtering.
 Lead engineering team to support oversea marketing department with any related technical tasks.
 Initiate quotation, sampling, evaluation, negotiation process with potential suppliers and rolling out of trial orders.
 Develop evaluations to keep up to date supplier competencies and competitive position.
 Analyze the industry, understand trends and competitive positioning in order to ensure activation of the best possible supplier base.
 Coordinates production of assigned suppliers and movements, logistics and ensures that milestones are completed on time.
 Bring up advices to drive down the internal and external cost.

Position Requirements:
Professional degree: Required to have bachelor degree in supply management or similar (Business, Finance or Industrial Engineering),Over 3 years working in LED field as a senior purchaser is preferred.
Preferred to have a certificate from a recognized Supply Chain Management Organization or Institute.
Language: Advance Chinese (writing, speaking and listening).
                  Advanced English (writing, speaking and listening)
                  Desired: Some Spanish
Experience: Required at least 3+ years of experience in supply chain.
Software: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Desired knowledge of SAP.
