Job Descriptions:

  

Handle external/internal emails, to serve with client / internal, oversea colleague’s need and to solve client /internal, oversea colleague’s concerned; 

Follow client’s amendment requests on bill of lading/Freight charges in accordance with the requirements of the customs, import country and the company rules;

Handle special case (Switch B/L/Lost OBL case/Cargo Inspection case/Vessel Certificate etc); 

Telex Release Handling and other tasks;

Provide friendly and effective phone service; 

Feedback to the superior in case of emergencies or problems encountered during your work.

  

 Position Demands: 

  

1.College degree or above, 3 years or above experiences in shipping industry or logistics;

2.CET-4 or above, Good command of English, especially on oral and written;

3.Familiar with outlook, excel, word and other Microsoft Office;

 4.Strong sense of responsibility & in service as long as good communication & coordination skills.
