职位描述：
1. ROLE PURPOSE
? Fabric & PVC developments;
? Manage new color collection developments

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Oversee current and future fabric developments;
? Initiate and follow through testing procedures to establish guidelines that meet Artsana standards;
? Create and maintain a fabric library;
? Maintain a detailed development calendar and meet necessary dates;
? Work directly with mills to develop fabrics for new products and improve fabrics for existing fabrics;
? Facilitate seasonal fabric development presentations from mills and vendors to design;
? Work with head of design to develop color stories for new season;
? Present fabric selections for new products that meet price and quality;
? 3-5 years working in fabric for a consumer goods (prefer from toys or juveniles sector);
? Familiar with development of softtoys or consumer softgood is a plus;
? Deep knowledge of textiles including: composition, construction and weaving, dyeing and finishing processes (from fiber to finishing);
? Experience working with mills to create best in class fabrics;
? Highly inquisitive and able to understand the why behind different testing results or wear tests;
? Experience with fabric testing standards and procedures;
? Degree in textiles is a plus; 举报 分享
