职位描述：
1.Post vacancies on advertisement website timely and do basic CV shortlisting.
及时发布准确的招聘信息，进行基本的简历筛选。
2.Arrangement interviews, Participate in recruitments & selection.
安排面试，参与岗位的招聘和筛选流程。
3.Provide monthly all required HR report timely.
每月按时提供所有需要的HR报表。
4.Be responsible for daily personnel administration process, including new staff on board, staff information update, contract signing and renewal, staff exit.
负责日常HR人事工作，包括新员工入职、员工信息更新、劳动合同的签订及续签、员工离职等。
5.Lead new staff orientation & facilitate HR part accordingly.
引导新员工入职培训。
6.Organize job related training activities per defined training plan from line managers.
根据部门培训计划组织相应的培训活动。
7.Ensure Organization Chart is being updated timely & share with Management & relative pension if needed.
确保公司组织架构图及时更新。
8.Provide service to Expat and HK staff on application for Working Permit & Residence permit etc.
协助办理外籍及香港籍员工就业证及居留许可的申请等。

任职要求：
1. College or above.
大专或以上学历
2. Above 3 years professional HR experiences. The background for global forwarder will be preferable.
3年以上专业人力资源经验，国际货运代理优先。
3. Skillful communication with internal and external organization; Good computer / office skills; good spoken & written English and Mandarin.
?内外部组织的有效沟通；良好的办公软件技能；良好的中英文听说读写能力。
4. Accountable & responsible, diplomatic, extrovert personality with strong relationship building capabilities, energetic Initiative, good communication skills; high team spirits.
