职位描述：
* This position is for 6 months contract.

POSITION SUMMARY
Production Management Specialist is responsible for executing the orders and supporting the production manager and Sourcing team to execute their objectives, building product line for their assortment plan. He/she will work with the vendors, coach them and follow up the day-to-day execution of orders flawlessly.
He/she will collaborate with Sourcing team, product engineering, packaging, lab and quality assurance team to make sure that all aspects of execution of orders are meeting specified plan, quality and timeline.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Production Management
? Product development follow up after transition from Sourcing team
? Track the production line for manufacturing.
? Ensure the orders are followed up accurately.
? Monitor and follow up with the production process to ensure timely delivery.
? Collaborate with cross divisions (Sourcing, QA, packaging, Lab tests) to make sure all approvals are coordinated & approved according to project calendar.

Vendor Management
? Coaching and working with vendors to make sure products are manufactured in the most practical way with best quality and shortest lead time to meet project schedule.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
- Education background: bachelor’s degree preferred
- Type of experience: proven track record of production management and order management in TOY industry
- Years of experience: preferably 3 years
- Well-versed in MS Office including Words, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint (Optional), Access (Optional)
- Good command of English & Chinese (Mandarin)
- Work independently, Detail-minded, well organized and able to perform multi-task 举报 分享
