职位描述：
1、负责办公室日常办公制度维护、管理。
2、负责办公室各部门办公后勤保障工作。
3、负责公司产品的进货（和总部以及进口代理的工作）和发货（和仓库的管理公司的工作）的统计工作。
4、负责对全体办公人员(各部门)进行日常考勤。
5、在公司未建立人力资源部门之前，建立初步的人事管理制度，并履行人事管理职责。
6、处理公司对外接待工作。
7、组织公司内部各项定期和不定期集体活动。
8、协助总经理处理行政外部事务。
9、按照公司行政管理制度处理其他相关事务。
