ZIEGLER LOGISTICS (SHANGHAI) LTD. SHENZHEN BRANCH is a multinational company specialized in shipping, forwarding and integrated logistics service. Our Documentation Center (DC) located in Shenzhen is a regional service center in Doc business. It provides Doc-processing service for our offices in greater China region including Hongkong, Shanghai and Shenzhen…etc. To cope with our continuous growth, we are inviting high caliber to apply for the following position:
Documentation Clerk
Main Responsibilities:
1) Receive the SI and check it.
2) Input data in computer and make the B/L, Debit Note/Invoice, etc.
3) Create records in our shipment-tracking system timely and upload the relevant documents.
4) Maintain/Renew the data in the tracking system constantly and ensure it to be updated.
5) Perform other relevant documentation jobs.
Qualifications:
1) Age 21-30, associate degree or above.
2) At least 1 year of Doc/Ops working experience in the shipping & forwarding industry.
3) Good command of English, good communication skills and team work spirits.
4) Responsible, careful, detail-minded, diligent and aggressive.
5) Speedy typing ability will serve as an advantage.
