Job Summary
 
Wilton Brands is a craft and celebration leader, where great people deliver innovative products and exceptional customer service. This position reports to the Logistics Manager.
 
This position will be familiar with the main Retailer's DI Process and forwarder's requirements. The role can guide the suppliers and provide some useful solution/suggestion to the suppliers, customer service, Product Development and forwarder to ensure the order goes smoothly.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
 
· Familiar with the main Retailer's DI requirements and able to study the customer's manual
· Familiar with internal system and the process
· Working with Sourcing team to feedback the lead time/LCL charges/MOQ issue to drive supplier factory performance in DI area
· Maintain 100% on time delivery rates and booking/documentation accuracy rate as high as 99%
· Order handling- place the orders to the vendors and guide the vendors and factories to understand the customer's requirements and follow up the orders to ensure the order on-time delivery
· Coordinate with the customer service team and PD teams and if possible provide the effective solution/suggestion to ensure the order can be carry on smoothly
· Communicate with the forwarder and the vendors for booking, shipment and documentation
· Guide the vendors to prepare the appropriate documents and checking details on the shipping documents to ensure they are correct
· Create original documents pack for customer to arrange import customs clearance in timely manner
· Monitor and report abnormal in DI fulfillment operation

· Knowledge of shipping and experience in Retailer's DI order process
· Good communication skills

· Familiar with international trading policy and rules

· Nimble learning, quickly adopt to ever changing business environment
 
 
 
Education and/or experience
 
 
· Effective written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin
· College graduate or above in a business, supply chain or other related field.
· 3-5 year working experience on merchandising in trading company or buying office
· Familiar with computer and very comfortable with e-mail / excel etc.
· Responsibility, careful, pro-active, good team work, result-oriented
