Purpose of the role
- Support district business to achieve performance objectives and build up a strong workforce through human resources management
Key responsibilities & accountabilities
? Implement HRM plan locally and play an active role to promote “excellence” culture;
? Work closely with district levels of managers to resolve HR issues;
? Facilitate all HR related process or projects to ensure compliance and good employee experiences
? Responsible for pension and social insurance administration;
? Maintain personnel filling system, data entry, handling all human resources administrative works related;
? Responsible for maintaining salary change and informing to the related people for salary calculation;
? Assist in the implementation of HR programs including performance management programs, recruitment, orientation, training and development;
? Ensure HR policy and company regulations are compliance with BSI codes and local laws;
? Assist in the expatriate visa, work permit application & relocation arrangement;
? Assist and develop Human Resources best practice initiatives/activities within each sector;
? Collaborates with the function/operations team to provide effective recruitment and employment process;
? Coordinate training activities, develop and distribute training calendar and produce reports for line management on training requirements;
? Plan, direct and coordinate all activities in human resources department in an effort to reach maximum levels of employee productivity and creativity throughout the work force;
? Ensure a safe, productive, and innovative working environment for all employees;
? Set up Internal Communication system in department, which would give tremendous boost to staff morale and customer service.
Candidate specifications
? 5 years of progressive experience in the human resources function with Bachelors degree;
? Experience in a multinational organization;
? Knowledge of Labor regulations and HR practices is preferred;
? Good coaching, counseling skill, communication skills, etc;
? Excellent team player
? Resulted – orientated
? Business acumen
? Detailed with ability of multitasks
? Solid HR background;
? Good English required.
