工作职责:
He/ She will be responsible for developing and implementing quality actions for all aspects of manufacturing quality during Mass Production, Manage suppliers in Mass Production to continuously produce high quality parts consistently, with improvement in manufacturing quality.
1. Interface with SCM in team environment to manage product quality at assigned suppliers.
2. Discuss and align Razer quality requirements with supplier.
3. Follow new project and prepare inspection instruction.
4. Travel to various supplier facilities to perform products or parts inspections.
5. Provide outsourced inspector training & surveillance to perform inspection.
6. Follow up with supplier on FA and corrective actions.
7. Perform QSA & QPA and monitor supplier performance.
8. Quality review and push supplier quality continual improvement.
职位要求:
1. Work requires bachelor or equivalent with technical degree or above 5 years of Quality control experience (Design, Reliability, Incoming, Process, Outgoing, Customer complaint, NPI etc.), preferred to have manufactory experience.
2. Hands on experience in Supplier Quality Management, and a background performing process checking, corrective action, audit follow up, quality review.
3. Knowledge of Inspection Points (e.g. receiving, in-process, final, source, first article), Knowledge of sampling (AQL levels, sampling tables).
4. Experience in QCP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC etc. quality tools.
5. Experience in QPA, QSA.
6. Resourceful & independent on the shop floor.
7. Good oral and written English.
8. Travel is required.
