Job Description
? Works as Internal Sales Representative on problems of moderate scope where the analysis of sales data requires a review of a variety of factors using Root Cause Analysis. The development of the solution requires a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of basic internal sales principles, -theories and -concepts. Formulates the solution for (technical) partial problems by combining previous experiences based upon technical analysis and internal sales (feasibility) studies. May lead small internal sales projects, managing a small number of people. Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and < 5 years of related experience in internal sales.
o
o Bachelor Degree in engineering or business.
o Minimum 5 years sales and marketing experiences, at least 3 years project sales & familiar with bidding in residential real estate industry.
o Sound knowledge in customer relationship management.
o Initiative, communication skills, team spirit and good negotiation skill.
o Fluency in spoken / written Mandarin, English fluency would be a plus.
o Capable to work under pressure and frequent business travel.
