职位描述：
Quality Control:

? Strong plastic related technology, failure analysis and corrective action taken.
? 2D and 3D molding tool review and 1st sample verification knowledge.
? Review dimensional measurement systems in IQC, IPQC, OQC, and ORT to ensure high accuracy and correlation to other measurement systems.
? Reviews IQC rejects; involves with suppliers quality issues & drives for quality improvement;
? Utilize 6 sigma MSA approach to study the measurement system variation, and do GR&R
(Including attribute GR&R) analysis to make sure the measurement system reliable.
? PPAP in product approval process and documentations preparation.
? Components III (Incoming Inspection Instruction) definition skill.
? SPC experience and knowledge, WinSPC system experience is strength.
? Strong data analysis and reporting.
? pFMEA and Control Plan owner.
? Molding process quality control owner and reports.
? Supplier quality control owner and reports.

Quality System maintenance:

? ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 experience, internal auditor certificate preferred.
? Quality system construction, able to create company procedures and maintenance.
? ECN follow up and record documentation to team implementation.
? Support audit on both internal and external.


Qualification:

? Academic/Professional Qualification: Bachelor degree, mechanical major;
? Working Experience: 5 years above at quality engineering, plastic Molding quality technical;
? Expertise/Skills: Technical background , familiar with mechanical manufacturing process;
? Knowledge of general manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, schematics, specs, test methods; Experiences in DFM; ability to read a drawing and understanding the basics of metrology;
? Language skills: Very good in English (both writing and verbal) and Mandarin
? Personal Attributes: Integrity, proactive, quick learning ability and good teamwork, can-do attitude, able to deliver commitment;
? Team player, self-motivated, result oriented & detailed oriented. 举报 分享
