Main Responsibilities：
1. Meet or exceed RMA target with memory customers, and SSS internal regulations.
2. Manage, maintain customer relationship on each after-sales issues (includes RMA)
3. Manage 3rd party OSV issues and rework/sorting either.
4. Other issues of memory CS dept. (short-time back-up for other engineers sometimes)
Daily Works:
- Confirm 3rd party OSV results or other works, feedback to customers (includes ODM)
- Manage RMA# (from release to customer, shipping back goods to SSS warehouse, complete checking, and confirm delivery in SAP, and release credit to customers)
- Checking and confirming issues with Finance and Logistics on RMA issues.
Language Skills:
- Good command of English
