职位描述：
Roles of the position
1. Sales development responsibilities:
· Sales follow up duties defined by the Overseas Sales Team after the identification of business opportunities.
· Establishing and developing relationships with prospects.
· Classifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
· Working on the extension of the service scope among current overseas clients
· Developing new business with existing overseas clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas
2. Account supports
· Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers
· Maintaining close relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities, service improvements, etc.
· Help to oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
· Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives
· Preparation of reports on account status, where needed
3. Other duties
· Help to prepare the tenders and quotations
· Assist to the preparation of reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
4. Requirements
· Over 4 years’ experience in Quality Assurance & Control or related (e.g. Supply chain, logistics, etc.)
· Supervisor level will be offered to the candidate with lesser experiences.
· Business background (Degree in Business Administration, Economics or other degree with provable experience in business)
· Technical background is a plus
· Good written English with fluent speaking is essential.
