【岗位职责】
? 组织相关部门对新能力开发之前的市场数据的分析，整理相关数据，准备分析报告。
? 监控新能力开发项目状态，确保新能力开发能按计划完成，定期准备相关报告。
? 与公司内部的相关方合作，确保新能力开发的结果能满足转产的需求。
? 开发完善新能力开发跟踪工具和完善开发流程。
? 根据市场需求和技术开发可行性，支持新能力开发Roadmap的制定。
【任职资格】
? 本科及以上学历，具有两年及以上相关工作经验，有航空MRO工作经验或背景优先；
? 具有一定的项目管理经验和商务意识，擅长数据分析和问题解决能力，逻辑思维清晰；
? 熟练使用MS office: Excel, Access, Word & PowerPoint, Project Management applications, (preferable: SQL, VBA)办公软件；
? 具备良好的沟通能力和团队精神；
? 具备较强的英语听说读写能力，能够独立的进行英文口语和邮件沟通；
? 具有较强的抗压能力，能适应公司工作的安排
Job Title: Production Engineer and Planning
Department: Aircraft Components Services-Engineering
Report to: Engineering manager
【Responsibilities】
? Organize the related department to analysis the market data before the new capability build up kick off. Summarize the relevant data and prepare the analysis report
? Monitor the status of the new capability build up plan, Ensure the new capability buildup plan fulfilled on time. Prepare the work report period.
? Cooperate with other department to ensure the finished capability to be satisfied the induction requirement.
? Develop and optimize the tracking Tool for new capability buildup, improve the process of work
? Base on the market requirement and technical feasibility to support the Roadmap design
【Qualifications】
? Bachelor degree or above, 2 or more than 2 years of relevant work experience in a midsize+ company preferably in the Aviation MRO industry
? Have project management experience and business sense, be good at data analysis and problem solving ability, logical thinking clearly
? Familiar with MS office: Excel, Access, Word & PowerPoint, Project Management applications, (preferable: SQL, VBA)
? Good communication skill and team spirit
? Good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Ability to speak and communicate independently in English.
