职位描述：
Job Duties:
The quality engineer should handle below main functions during the Jardisourcing business developments.
A. Factory assessment/audit.
B. New product test
C. Pre-shipment inspection
D.After sales services-customer complaints related to quality.

A. Factory audit part:
-Base on the supplier profile and supplier documents provide by merchandisers to collect back supplier previous audit reports to analyze the factory producing capability.
-Conduct the pre-audit to a new supplier base on Jardisourcing factory audit checklist to make an overview for future business development
-Arrange the official audit to contracted 3rd party before order placed.
-Review the factory audit report and feedback to sourcing team with a reasonable conclusion.
-Lead and follow up the Corrective actions for non-compliances.
-Annual process review of key suppliers.
-Continuous Management of the Factory performance and the Corrective Action Plans;

B. Test part:
-Provide the test requirements to sourcing team and suppliers before the order placed.
-Work with contract labs to understand the update regulations and norms.
-Trigger and make the test finish before mass production
-Do analysis of the failure reports and work with supplier to take improvement actions.
-Monitor and push contract labs to finish the test on time.
-Approve the test quotation and payments.

C. Inspection part:
-Work together with merchandisers for Product and Packaging Master Sample, technical documents and establish relationship with supplier regarding quality matters.
- Build up and Manage Product Technical sheet, quality criteria and Inspection checklists.
-Arrange the product inspection to contracted 3rd parties, analysis the man-days.
-Review the inspection report and give the greenlight for shipment. If some inspection failed with product quality issue and need supplier to re-work the lot, a CAP is required to release to supplier.
- Ensure proper cross-communication between Sourcing,3rd parties and supplier, on all product product inspection and product-related issues.

D. After sales-Customer complaints part（Regarding to quality）
- Handle Product Quality issues and communicate with sourcing team and France headoffice of the replacement.
-Work with sourcing team and supplier to prepare and ship the replacement in time.
-Review supplier process for a preventative actions for future orders.
-Continuous improvement on supplier internal quality control to reduce the customer complaints.

- Other assignments arranged by the superior.

Requirements.
- College degree or above, majored in Quality and Technical related.
- At least 5 year experience in big Europe trading company/retailers for furnishing, decoration and gardening etc.. Quality/factory/production experience is preferred.
- Be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of one of following products (outdoor furniture, household, gardening, garden tools etc.).
- Knowledge of factory audit, product test procedure, product inspection, Customer complaints follow up(CAPA).
- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Good planning, organizing and process improvement skills
- Good command of English in both writing and reading.
- Good communication skills; good command of Excel.
- Honest and high sense of responsibilities.
- Willing to travel in mainland china and southeast Aisa. 20% of the time. 举报 分享
