职位描述：
Responsibilities & Tasks
1. Monthly/ annual tax declaration and filing, ensure compliance with taxation regulations (e.g. VAT, Stamp duty, quarterly/annual CIT filing etc.)
2. Prepare tax reconciliation report or taxation reports as requested internally by the management or externally by various government authorities
3. Responsible for withholding tax issues related to non-trade payment
4. Responsible for R&D super deduction matters
5. Responsible for HNTE related matters, if needed
6. Keep effective communication with tax bureau and ensure application/submission is timely and accurate
7. Assist in researching the tax regulations and providing tax advices with respect to daily business transactions

Education/Experience
1. Bachelor with major in Tax or Accounting related preferred
2. At least 3 years of general tax experience, preferably with Big 4 background
3. Ability to meet deadline for closing and able to work under pressure
4. Highly initiative person to drive effective communication with other Finance functions and also other departments
5. Good knowledge of PRC tax regulations and practice
6. Ability to interpret the tax regulations with good sense
7. Project experience with R&D super deduction, US tax provision (ASC 740) would be a plus
