职位描述：
岗位职责：
Ensure training activities align with business needs and Valeo standard.

任职要求：
1. Work out and implement site yearly training plan and training projects by high quality and effectiveness to satisfy business need;
    - Manage and develop training courses and trainers
    - Manage training budget
    - Coordination with training suppliers including Technical schools, China Management School, 5 Axes school etc
2. Develop training tools to improve daily efficiency;
3. Responsible for training reporting and analysis; pilot for continuous improvements;
4. Set up and maintain training policies including training agreements, rewarding policies and ensure its implementation;
5. Support training manager for site expert development
6. Fulfil tasks assigned by N+1 from time to time 举报 分享

Valeo Interior Control (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. is the 15th factory (joint venture co., Ltd) invested by Valeo in China. The Company was established on December 19th, 2005. It specialized in development, assembling manufacturing and distributing of auto ultrasonic sensing system, auto switch system, relevant products and spare parts with considerate after services.
