职位描述：
Target :
To oversee the organization of the quality control and quality assurance team to ensure the best possible quality standard while balancing customers’ quality requirements and legal requirements against their purchase-money.

Accountability :

？ Create a quality control production program that insures that all products routinely and consistently meet acceptable standards and specifications and are inspected on a regular basis.

？ Edit and periodically update the Quality Control Manual that contains guidelines for supervisors to follow.

？ Increase the effectiveness of all members of the Quality Control Department.

？ Review daily testing reports, comment on result and conclusion on Test requirement.

？ Review the description on defectiveness, and comment on Rejected Lots.

？ Evaluate new product by supporting Technical Dept. on product development, safety criteria and related Test requirement and packing material.

？ Review on revised product packing materials including artwork, print proof, maintenance sheet, assembly instructions, color labels.

？ Meet with vendors, suppliers, quality representatives, etc. to make certain the company’s programs stay up-to date and in step with current market standards.

？ Arrange outside Lab testing samples.

？ Responsible for final evaluations of any and all inquiries into interior products or consumer complaint’s regarding products.
？ Participate in the planning, development, coordination, and presentation of specific training and educational programs as appropriate to the quality assurance needs of the facility.

？ Arrange samples for internal laboratory testing.

？ Organize testing plan and schedule for the vendors or suppliers to follow up.

？ Responsible to COC Audit for China market.

？ Handle ad hoc project as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Currently handling “ Shantou “ project, mainly set up, monitor and follow the engineering production line, research of material and perform other related activities.

？ Keep updating and informing the current status to QA / QC of Italy headquarter.

Current Qualification and Experience for the current job position:

？ Certificate in toys safety seminar
？ Certificate in Internal Audit Training (ISo9000 / EN46000 / MDD)
？ Higher Certificate in Chemical Technology
？ Over 10 years relevant working experience in Toys Industry
？ Self-initiative and well-organized
？ Fluency in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Expected Qualification and Experience for the current job position :

？ Degree in Quality Engineering with at least 5 years related experience, particularly in Toys Industry is a must.
？ Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions.
？ Knowledge of accreditation and certification requirements and standards.
？ Ability to make evaluative judgments
？ Fluency in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin. 举报 分享
