1、大专或以上学历，28周岁以上，品行端正、积极乐观。
2、具有五年以上塑胶模具行业市场开发实践经验，有模具项目管理实战经验；
3、熟悉模具市场，熟悉具备市场统筹管理的能力；
4、具有系统性思维和优秀的中英文口头、书面表达能力，良好的沟通协调能力、团队建设和领导能力；
5、优秀的市场拓展、目标管理和数据分析技能，具备很强的计划性、创新性和细节管理意识；
