具体包括：
1、按照每一个客户要求完成具体操作，高效高质的满足客户需求；
2、操作过程中产生的相关费用确认及结算；
3、协助客服部门建立优质的服务质量管理体系，支持业务部门的市场拓展；
4、协调处理目的港产生的相关费用，具备门到门的服务意识和能力。
岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，物流、国际贸易、英语等相关专业为佳；
2、有亚马逊货盘操作经验者优先，有半年货代行业国际物流操作经验优先；
3、拥有一定的英语读写能力；
4、具有团队精神，对公司文化有认同感，良好的工作态度和责任心；
5、热爱物流行业，有较好的协调沟通和计划执行能力，有一定的抗压能力。
