任职资格Qualifications:
本科(含)以上学历,人力资源、工商管理或相关专业
Bachelor degree or above,major in HR, Business Administration or relative;
5年及以上招聘工作经验,制造或研发工程类企业招聘经验优先
5+ years recruitment experience, manufacturing or Engineering company experience is plus;
熟悉劳动法及相关法律法规要求,了解当地社保公积金等政策;
Familiar with Chinese labor law & local social insurance, Housing fund policies;
熟悉招聘面试方法及技巧;
Good knowledge for deferent interview method;
良好的英语听说读写能力;
Workable oral English is required.
熟练使用各种办公软件(如Excel/PPT);
Good MS office skill especially Excel/PPT.
具有良好的沟通协调能力及谈判能力,工作积极主动,团队协同性强,能适应压力下高强度工作环境;
Good interpersonal skill & negotiation skill, initiative and good team player, can handle multi-task under pressure.
工作职责Responsibilities:
1.协助业务部门进行岗位分析和完善岗位说明书,并根据公司招聘需求拟定招聘计划;
Support all dept. for job analysis and update the JD accordingly, work out recruiting plan base on the recruitment request.
2.根据业务需要开发和管理招聘渠道以满足业务部门的人员招聘需求;
Responsible for develop & manage all recruiting channel to meet LES recruitment request.
3.根据公司发展战略,搜集优秀人才并建立人才储备库,与重点目标人选保持联系,保障企业特殊人才招聘需求的满足;
Build up talent data base & keep close contact with target talent according to the recruitment demand;
4.负责岗位发布、人才测评及筛选、面试、背景调查及薪资谈判等具体招聘实施工作;
Implement daily recruiting activities such as post position, recruitment assessment & screen, interview, reference check & offering.
5.制定和管控招聘费用预算,对招聘相关数据进行分析改善招聘流程提高效率;
Take charge of the recruitment budget, improve recruiting process base on analysis.
6.协助人力资源团队完善现有人事政策/流程;
Assist HR team to improve the HR policy/process to satisfy the demand of daily operation.
7.员工关系及劳动纠纷的处理;
Handle daily ER issue;
8.人事报告的更新与维护;
Provide HR report as required;
9.处理上司交办的其他事宜。
