Senior sales Director/Sales channel development director

Overview of the role
The role will focus on selling Purkinje product Enovacom Integration engine into the China region health IT channel. The successful applicant will develop relationships with Application Partners, System Integrators and hospital, whilst enhancing relationships with potential partners to ensure that Purkinje is the vendor of choice. This role will suit someone who has deep knowledge of China health IT industry and obtains market resource, and would like to work for a stable international company, have exposure to working with colleagues from other countries and who wants to be associated with leading edge technology.

Key Responsibilities of the Role
? Discover, qualify and develop business opportunities
? Motivate internal and external staff/resources to focus on desired business outcomes
? Work with sales support to provide timely proposals to customers
? Manage, escalate and resolve technical or contractual issues
? Develop effective prospecting strategies to target new customers to identify need and areas where we can add value
? Leverage potential customers and use reference sites to support the campaign to bring in new name business
? Maintain awareness of industry sector and technological advances

Skills and Qualifications Required to be Successful in the Role
? Self-driven “hunter” who is driven by success and results.
? Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales/ channel development for healthcare system in China
? Preferred who has sales experience of healthcare system Integration & interface engine, who has basic knowledge of system integration and protocol HL7.
? In depth experience in and understanding of the health IT sales channel within The Greater China Region.
? Preference will be given to candidates who either have a medical qualification or who have sold into the healthcare institutions in China Region.
? Demonstrable experience developing Application Partner and System Integrators
? Proven track record in exceeding quotas
? Previous experience in developing and successfully executing against a sales plan
? Ability to develop strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
? Experience negotiating and motivating a mutually agreeable and positive contracts
? High level written and communication skills both in Mandarin and English.
? Demonstrable track record winning new name business.
? Experience selling clinical and administrative application software to Healthcare end users.
? Proven ability to present effectively at Board level.
? A genuine interest and technical curiosity for software in the Healthcare sector (ours and others)
? Language skill: fluent in reading, writing and speaking of both English and Mandarin, able to communicate well with oversea colleagues.

? 具备至少5年以上的医疗行业(私营和公共部门)IT软件销售与渠道开发的经验;
? 具有医疗信息集成引擎的销售经验与HL7等国际协议知识的优先。
? 具有医疗信息行业的行业资源;
? 具有独立超额完成的过往业绩记录;
? 具有制定并成功执行销售计划的能力;
? 能够与包括C级利益相关者在内的公司内部主要决策者和重要人士建立良好关系;
? 具有谈判以及促成双方签署合约的经验;
? 具有带领与激励团队的热情与管理能力。
? 能够熟练地运用中文(普通话)和英文进行书面和口语沟通。

教育水平要求:
? 计算机相关专业硕士以上学历,或学医且具有销售医疗信息化集成系统的工作经验(能力优秀者可额外考虑)
? 不限英语考试的级别,但是必须能熟练地使用中英文进行书面和口语沟通
