主要负责产品营销和品牌营销的计划、执行和反馈。其中包括:
? 产品定位;基于对教育产品的特点分析、市场分析、用户调研等,对全线产品进行细分市场的定位
? 产品策略;根据不同产品定位以及政策更新、市场情况等制定相应的产品推广策略、市场活动推广计划
? 重点产品市场营销计划及执行;
? 市场营销资料的设计和内容撰写;
? 内容供应商的管理和内容质量控制

要求:
? 大学本科以上学历, 5年以上教育市场或英语教育行业工作经验
? 熟悉英语教育,对英语教育理论有理解
? 了解中国英语教育行业,有英语教学经验的优先考虑
? 良好的沟通和协调能力,优秀的中英文写作能力
? 适应国际化工作环境,能在压力下保持准确高效工作,拥有良好的团队合作精神
? 精通MS Office

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Produce constructive OUP and competitors' product analyses and promotional plans for all imported titles and services.
2. Manage, store and share promotional and training materials systematically by leveraging resources from the UK marketing teams and other regional offices.
3. Write and produce localized product presentation tools & publicity materials to enhance imported pre-primary and primary segment promotional and marketing activities.
4. Write and produce publicity materials to enhance new businesses such as Oxford Courses, Oxford AQA International Exams, promotional and marketing activities.
5. Have an overview of any training opportunities of imported pre-primary and primary segment, give presentations and training to internal staff, decision-makers, teachers, users and non-users to retain and increase adoptions.
6. Coordinate projects with related editorial teams, rights teams and rights owners to customize our imported titles to suit our market needs.
7. Coordinate projects with national distributors and regional strategic partners to retain and increase adoptions imported primary titles and extend OUP brand influence.
8. Control the quality and provide support to customers using our products and services, which is not limited to product briefing, product usage training, professional development presentations, lesson demonstration and class observation on teachers’ performance.
9. Assist and provide content support to implement marketing campaigns to support customer retention and business growth.
10. Lead the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and activities (both offline and online) to assist Educational Importing Team to achieve annual target.
