职位描述：
Business Manager is responsible of achieving company’s top-line sales goal. In charge of continue improving company’s service, creating company’s training program, in charge of training of new business team members, help to grow company’s key accounts and improve business team’s efficiency. Working closely with company’s other executive team members to ensure company to meet its financial and operation goals.

Key Responsibilities:
(1) Managing business team’s daily operation;
(2) Overseeing company’s key accounts that assigned;
(3) Working closely with Finance department, to ensure reaching company’s financial goals and department’s budgets;
(4) Create and continue improving company’s training program;
(5) Work with other department heads to build, maintain and improve internal work flow.

Requirements：
1. 8+ years' working experience in Printing&Packaging industry or Display field;
2. Rich experience at customer service、project management、team leading、training and executive management;
3. Fluent English as working language;
4. Good at communication， excellent teamwork spirit;
