职位描述：
我们正在招聘软件工程师，我们团队的工作模式是每位软件工程师都有自己的核心职责。目前正在招聘的软件工程师工作的核心是嵌入式Linux平台开发与集成，平台开发与集成、驱动开发、网络协议和Linux是你的工作重点。

        除了以上这些核心技术之外，你还将有机会逐步接触与高度动态发展软件行业更新一致的未来技术。

        我们对软件开发的自我认识还包括版本管理和质量控制。

工作职责
> 负责嵌入式Linux平台开发与集成工作。
> 负责驱动开发工作。
> 编写相关开发文档和项目文档。

岗位要求
> 计算机科学与技术、软件开发或相关专业的正规院校本科或硕士学历。211，985院校毕业优先。
> 3年以上机顶盒行业、基于Linux系统的嵌入式平台集成与移植、底层驱动开发工作经验。
> 精通C语言开发，具有良好的编程风格。
> 精通shell以及Makefile语言。
> 熟悉Broadcom或Allwinner平台者优先。
> 熟悉汇编语言、C++语言者优先。
> 熟悉ARM和MIPS体系结构。
> 熟悉Linux 内核构架及驱动开发。
> 熟悉TCP/IP socket编程。
> 熟悉I2C，SPI，UART，PCIE，MMC等总线协议。
> 熟悉HTTP, RTSP, RTP, RTCP网络协议及Wireshark协议分析工具。
> 熟悉算法分析。
> 有嵌入式产品电子电路基础，能看懂基本的硬件原理图。
> 熟练使用示波器，万用表等常见调试仪器设备。
> 能看懂英文芯片手册文档。
> CET-4及以上，扎实的英语技能（沟通与书写）。
> 良好的团队合作。
> 乐于学习基于智能娱乐、智能家居和智能混合现实多重设置的新技术。

        自2012年起，德国的Abox42公司与中国深圳的TV2NEXT公司结成不可分割的战略伙伴关系。位于深圳的TV2NEXT及它的子公司为Abox42提供嵌入式软件开发服务和硬件设计服务。除了嵌入式软件开发之外，TV2NEXT团队还专于Mobile开发、Android开发和全栈式开发。同时，TV2NEXT还在阿里云上设立了SAAS的云服务中心。

        2016年度，ABOX42与TV2NEXT决定进一步进行独一无二的人才与技术交流合作计划，为来自中国的软件工程师提供到德国工作的机会。我们邀请有志于成为全栈式开发人员的工程师加入ABOX42和TV2NEXT的这项计划。无论你现在具备的是Linux嵌入式软件开发经验、Android软件开发经验、Mobile开发经验还是全栈式开发经验，我们都无限欢迎。同时，这项计划也欢迎具有QA工程师和技术项目经理工作经验的人员的加入。

        计划的第一阶段，你会成为TV2NEXT的一员。在成功通过试用期之后，你将得到至少在德国工作2年的机会。在德期间，你将成为ABOX42的雇员，工作期限届时将根据实际情况进行延展。

        计划的第二阶段，ABOX42与TV2NEXT的专业人员将协助你进行Blue card和工作签证的申请，包括在德国寻找合适的公寓、开通银行帐户、购买当地社保及其它相关事项。在此期间，你仍是TV2NEXT的一员，在深圳工作直至全部手续、文件办理完成。

        在你抵达德国之后，ABOX42团队中的中国同事会为你提供相应的协助。ABOX42团队现有的人员来自超过10个以上的国家，日常通过英文进行交流。因而，你不必担心到德国之后马上面临用德语进行沟通的问题。另外，我们会协助你安排一周两次的德语课程，以便尽快融入当地环境。

        在德国的合同结束之后，我们同样欢迎你回归TV2NEXT团队。
