职位描述：
Job Summary: As a member of EXFO Shenzhen Service center, you are the primary contact for the EXFO Asia Customer Service team, you will be responsible to coordinate with different departments to ensure the timely completion of customer returned products that require repair or calibration. You will need to generate and complete documents in English and Chinese in order to ensure that both internal and external customers are satisfied with the service provided. Take part in activities required by ISO9001 and ISO14001.
工作概述：作为深圳服务中心的一员，是EXFO亚太区客服人员的主要接口，与公司内不同部门协调沟通，确保按时完成客户返修产品，用英语和中文创建和完成所需文档，确保内外部客户对服务满意。参加所需的ISO9001和ISO14001活动。

Duties and Responsibilities: 职责
- Check and record the status of the products returned from customer 检查和记录返回产品的状态
- Receive products and check and record contents of box 接收产品并检查和记录所装内容
- Coordinate the activities in the service center 协调服务中心内部事务
- Pack the product for shipping and ensure that all accessories are included 包装、交运产品，确保配件等内容完好
- Notify the shipping department to process the shipment and record the tracking number 通知寄货部门寄货并记录跟踪号
- Communicate with external and internal support team on completing the service as needed 与内外部支持人员沟通以完成所需服务
- Tracking the progress of the RMAs, make sure the turnaround time meets target 跟踪RMA的状态，确保达到周转时间目标
- Maintain the RMA database 维护RMA数据库
- Summarize and report the work of service center 总结和报告服务中心的工作
- Organizing and updating of spare parts inventories 整理、更新备件库存
- Requisition replacement parts as needed 申请备件
- Take part in environmental aspects control in the company参加公司内的环境因素控制
- Other duties may be deemed necessary 其它安排的事项

Qualifications: 要求
- Technical school or above on business or equivalent 商务相关的中专或以上学历
- 3 years or above related work experience 3年或以上相关工作经验
- Having the experience of using SAP is an asset 有SAP经验者优先
- Good command of English in written 良好英文，会写作
- Skillful in PC software, including Word and Excel电脑使用能力好，包括Word和Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills 良好的人际关系和沟通能力
- Detail oriented, accurate and self starter 注重细节，精确并且主动 举报 分享
