KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Production Management
-Support Production Management Specialist on post-order product development
-Follow up the artwork development and product testing with cross divisions
-Follow up the sampling, testing report checking and inspection scheduling with cross divisions.
-Assist in day-to-day communication – email, documentation and filing work
Vendor management
-Support Production Management Manager to build and develop vendor matrix and execute clearly.
-Support to coach vendor for better understanding TRU procedure.
-Timely communication with vendors on issues.
Order Management
-Monitor, follow up and track order production to make sure on time delivery.
-Maintain and update system data
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
-Education background: bachelor’s degree preferred
-Type of experience: proven track record of product development and sourcing in toys or apparel/textile industry
-Years of experience: preferably 3 years
-Well-versed in MS Office including Words, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint (Optional), Access (Optional)
-Good command of English & Chinese (Mandarin)
-Detail-minded, well organized and able to perform multi-task
