职位描述：
Tasks & Responsibilities:
? Manage a project to develop and execute new products on time, cost and quality.
? Responsible for finalized engineering product drawings with critical dimensions, performance specifications, and quality specifications including standards and test procedures.
? Ensure new products function properly, meet specifications, and meet timing objectives.
? Manage the creation of product prototypes and manage product testing for internal evaluation and consumer research.
? Develop and evaluate cost analysis for new and modified product concepts from design through production launch to maximize product value.
? Plan and coordinate new product development projects and activities as part of cross-functional development team.
? Follow a structured product development process and enforce the use of Gant charts (preferably MS Project)
? Implement new products from mold/die shake-out/qualification through first production run (launch).
? Provide technical support to operations and outside vendors in solving product quality problems with existing products.
? Drive productivity, support VAVE project across home solution

Requirements:
? B.S./M.S. Degree in Engineering/Science (Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials)
? At least 3 years working experince in Engineering product designs from design staff concepts using 3D computer-aided design.
? Product development engineering experience in consumer products or related field

? Proficient Pro Engineer CAD skills
? Solid Works CAD Skills
? Fluent English communication skills
