职位描述：
Tasks & Responsibilities:
? Manage the team for both prioritization of tasks and performance evaluation.
? Oversee the management of projects to develop and execute new products on time, cost and quality.
? Ensuring finalized engineering product drawings with critical dimensions, performance specifications, and quality specifications are completed.
? Ensure new products function properly, meet specifications, and meet timing objectives.
? Weekly reporting of activity to the global team in Atlanta and Germany
? Follow a structured product development process and enforce the use of Gant charts (preferably MS Project)
? Implement new products from mold/die shake-out/qualification through first production run (launch).
? Provide technical support to operations and outside vendors in solving product quality problems with existing products.
? Drive productivity, support VAVE project across home solution

Requirements:
? B.S./M.S. Degree in Engineering/Science (Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials)? Management or leadership of product or design engineering
? Engineering product designs from design staff concepts using 3D computer-aided design.
? At least 8 years working experience in product development engineering experience in consumer products or related field

? Proficient Pro Engineer CAD skills
