职位描述：
Position Scope/Objectives:
Manage all issues related with logistics, 3PL and suppliers shipments, work as the bridge among Company, merchandisers and suppliers. Ensure capacity and container availability to secure on time shipment.
Responsibilities:
1.Manage operational issues related with Logistics, coordination among destinations, 3PL and vendors, trouble shooting and solving logistics issues to secure on time shipments.
2.Prepare monthly forecast on shipping volume to shipping companies to secure shipping space
3.Do ISF monthly report to control the timely and correct filing
4.Update Customers’ product order tracking system and shipping schedule
5.Prepare the booking and payment document for designated customers
6.Support the merchandiser team on cost quotation, sample & spare part delivery.
7.Set up logistics solution plan for domestic transportation, to achieve cost saving
8.Coordinate with the 3rd party, evaluate the KPI and get the improvement.
9.Support KidKraft headquarters with logistic projects where needed.
Qualifications:
1.College graduated or above.
2.English, Logistic or related discipline.
3.More than 5 years or above working experience in in logistics field, experience in both manufacturing factory and 3PL is preferred
4.Solid knowledge of import/export regulations.
5.Good planning and solution design in logistics and 3rd party warehouse area.

1.Initiative, organized, responsible.
2.Accountable, independent and self driven on routine based.
3.Good communication and interpersonal skill.
4.Strong spirit of teamwork.
5.Ability to manage carrier relations.
Communication Level and Computer Literacy:
1.Good command of English both in oral and writing,
