We are the Asia sourcing office for Polo Ralph Lauren --- a global lifestyle brand with dynamic growth and expansion plans. We would like to invite experienced, dedicated and motivated individual to join our Asia Sourcing Office.
QA MANAGER (FOOTWEAR)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading the QA team for Footwear, to monitor the production process and final inspection is properly executed by QA.
- Coordinate the smooth transfer from commercialization to QA.
- Supervise QA factory allocation and weekly schedule planning to meet the ex factory shipping date.
- Set up quality standard for factory to follow up and meet the customer's expectation on quality.
- Ensure all factories follow up all library testing standard.
- Communicate with related party to update all the testing standard.
- Support production department to achieve on time and keep the quality level as expected.
- Training all QA to understand all quality elements to support their daily job is properly executed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in relevant field
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience with 4 years supervisory experience (preferably in USA & Europe markets)
- Strong knowledge in quality assurance & manufacturing process, factory evaluation and familiar with AQL inspections
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Detailed, proactive and independent
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good Command in Microsoft Office
