职位描述：
Job Summary
Provide Applications escalation support for the AXI Applications Group and Distributors in China. In conjunction with the International Applications team develop/deploy processes to ensure efficiency, leverage successes, and make relevant information available globally.
Essential Job duties & Responsibility
1. Continuously improve your personal knowledge of the workings and capabilities of all Nordson Matrix equipment, via first hand experiences, comprehensive training, and networking with internal and external experts.
2. Support Direct & Indirect sales channels for the Nordson AXI business by providing in-house and customer site equipment demonstrations.
3. Compile the data and results into comprehensive Applications reports for the customer, and for our internal archive, using global standards developed within the Applications group at Nordson Matrix and the SF.com standards deployed by Nordson Advanced Technology Group.
4. Assist the customers with improving and optimizing their processes to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Develop Automation Routines for AXI equipment.
6. Embrace the concept of “lean” and continuously suggest process improvements that ensure greater operational efficiency without sacrifice to customer satisfaction.
Education & Experience Requirement
Degree in Engineering or science plus 3-5 years of relevant experience AXI products.
Other Qualifications
1. Good at English both oral and written,
2. Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and motivational skills.
3. Good understanding technically and commercially about AXI products;
5. Strong analytical and Computer Skills,
6. Participate in the business planning process (Strategic Planning, Operational Planning, etc.) as required

Office, Laboratory or customer site.
Travel Requirements
It is expected this position has extensive travel in excess of 50% of the time
