职位描述：
? 协调顾问、设计、监理以及总包、分包的工作；
? 协调及配合内部相关专业的工作；
? 参与施工图会审，审核机电施工图纸设计的合理性和经济性，并提出专业的意见；
? 参与审核项目机电工程施工规划细则，确保其符合质量标准与要求；
? 协助审核承包商的施工管理水平和技术能力，提出建议；
? 参与施工过程审核及招标审核；
? 巡视施工现场，对项目机电工程进行全面施工质量审核并监督施工进度；
? 建立机电工程相关资料库；
? 参与施工资料审核、图纸深化审核、竣工图审核以及小业主的用电量估算及审核；
? 参与机电工程调试并审核调试结果；
? 组织机电施工工程的验收工作；
? 完成经理指派的其他工作事宜。

任职资格：
? 电气工程专业（弱电、消防电），专科以上学历；
? 6年以上机电相关工作经验，至少参与过一个超过50,000平方米的高端和综合发展项目经验；
? 精通在商业、写字楼和工地基础设施开发中的弱电和消防电系统设计；
? 有电气系统安装的项目管理经验；
? 有现场电气质量控制的经验；
? 熟悉国内各类建筑设计的规范与条例，包括写字楼、商业、公寓及零售；
? 熟悉获取与机电相关证照的要求和程序；
? 能有效地和各类国内外机构及顾问和承包商合作；
? 能够熟练使用计算机软件系统（CAD，办公软件）；
