职责：
1. 负责深度研究和分析中国市场主流游戏的相关设计概念（玩法以及meta设计等）以及运营特色等内容，并建立游戏分析档案库
2. 根据工作室项目需求定期完成中国市场游戏分析的报告，并结合实际项目提出清晰合理的设计方向建议以及反馈
3. 深度跟进中国手游市场的现状与发展动态，并进行汇总与分析，定期在工作室内与项目负责人等进行分享
4. 融入工作室项目开发，并从市场和用户等角度为项目提供方向和设计反馈。
能力需求：
A. 基本：
a) 热爱游戏，热爱手游，具备足够的探索和深度研究游戏的主动性
b) 热爱游戏行业，对深入了解行业动态有强烈的自主性
c) 愿意融入游戏开发，并结合自己的擅长领域为开发组提供方向和思路
d) 对中国市场和移动平台的游戏有透彻理解
B. 相关经验：
a) 在移动游戏行业内从业5年以上，并具备2年以上高级策划或主策划职位工作经验者优先考虑
b) 有至少2款成熟的游戏开发经验，游戏需成功上线并获得一定的成功。有参与过top 100 grossing china mobile games制作者优先考虑
c) 深度了解MMORPG类游戏的设计理念，和运营方式。有完整MMORPG类手机游戏开发经验者优先
d) 深度体验至少3款2016年度TOP 100 grossing china mobile games，并全面了解和掌握系统设计概念，玩家游戏动机，付费体验和运营手段等
e) 具备游戏经济数值设计，游戏发行或运营经验者优先考虑
f) 具备外企工作经验者优先考虑
C. 技能需求
a) 熟练使用word，excel，ppt，photoshop等办公软件
b) 具备良好的游戏设计能力，熟知主流游戏（MMORPG，卡牌等）核心设计理念，游戏系统和经济熟知设计能力突出者优先
c) 具备优秀的沟通能力，善于表达自己的想法，并且可以指导和调动项目组成员
d) 具有优秀的数据分析能力，善于从游戏相关数据，KPI等角度进行分析并得出结论者优先考虑
e) 至少英语4级以上水平，需具备优秀的英语读写能力，以及良好的听说能力。
