Full-time, on-site, 6 months contract

SDL is currently recruiting a team of 5 Content Analyst and Quality Assurance Team leaders and 11 specialists to work full-time, on-site at our client office in Beijing, China, It is a 6 months contract, starting ASAP. Our client is one of the largest global consumer electronic companies. Successful candidates will be working on the mobile device client’s voice recognition projects.

The main task is to receive ‘voice of the customer data’ (basically information about ‘rejections’ – user utterances that the voice agent is unable to understand) and classify that data as part of an overall team who will then analyze and make recommendations based on specific criteria. The team will be closely linked to the existing project team (writers and technical specialists) who have created user utterances and will continue to maintain the product during the important launch phase and onwards.

Job Duties:

? Artificial Intelligence assistant service management and planning
? Content analysis, classification and inspection
? Service strategy planning/public relations
? Quality control: Measurement and management of various indicators
Requirements:
? A native Chinese speaker
? Bachelor degree in any field
? User of artificial intelligence voice assistants on iPhone, Galaxy etc.
? User of Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
? Social media savvy: active users of blogging services, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter or other social network services
? Good internet search skills and organizing documents
? Ability to understand the complex creative brief
? Creative flair and knowledge of local culture
? Familiar with smartphone and understand Millennial generation (born after 1980) as target audiences
? Knowledge of Telecommunications and the understanding of UI diagrams are desirable
