Job Purpose (State in one sentence the overall objective of the job)
The Chief Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specif-ic project which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverables..

Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved )

1．Responsible for the new project management of pharmaceutical cleaning room renova-tion;
2．Plan & Evaluate pharmaceutical production Capacity/Strategy via marketing demand trend and propose/update building plan to BoD time by time.
3．Manages and coordinates project management activities between Marketing, Manufac-turing, Quality Operations, Regulatory Affairs, validation ,compliance of PIC/S GMP, etc., to en-sure the project can be completed on time.
4．Contributes to the project of high quality by ensuring that all work is done in a manner that is compliant with cGMPs, SOPs, government regulations, and corporate policies and prac-tices
5．As project leader to drive project team to achieve project target with quality, costing, timing Requirement.
6．To prepare the Budget for whole project for Top Management Approval and responsible for budget execution for all sub-items.
7．Develop and Optimize project management flow to smooth project execution with high efficiency.
8． Overview GMP compliance during project execution by cooperated with internal QA as well as external consultancy.
