服务描述/ Brief description of service:
Job Responsibility:
1. Provide good and satisfaction service to clients, visitors and employees;
2. Handle incoming calls professionally, taking messages upon necessity and urgency
3. Conference rooms booking and setup for meetings when necessary;
4. Settle travel logistics and other related arrangement
5. Express management and settle payments
6. Support line manager with internal/external meeting events, seminars or other team buildings.
7. Manage the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure that the organization’s current and future administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably, and economically. These activities may include: office supplies, equipment, and inventory;
mail, distribution and facilities;
8. Other administrative task which assigned by line manager
服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
Job Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree with majoring in English, Business Admin;
2. 1-3 years related working experience as similar role in multinational companies;
3. Fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English and Chinese, CET-6 or CET-8 will be a plus;
4. Proficient in MS office software;
5. Strong communication and coordination skills;
6. Smart, proactive, organized and detail-oriented;
7. Excellent service consciousness, pleasant and outgoing personality with professional appearance, be willing to do more.
8. Ability to work under pressure.
