职位描述：
工作职责Responsibility
1、负责90家国产供应商的备件采购业务，根据相关备件的历史销量，保有量变化，季节性波动，服务活动，供应商供货周期等进行备件需求预测，制定备件采购计划 Take charge of about 90 local suppliers spare parts purchase business, Base on the history sales record, carpark, Seasonal fluctuations, service campaign, and the lead time of the shipment to make the spare parts forecast, and draw up the ordering plan
2、在ERP系统内进行备件订单下达，得到批准后根据需要与供应商确认到货时间等 Place the order in the ERP base on the ordering plan. Contact the supplier to confirm the deliver time
3、定期追踪备件的到货情况和仓库上架情况 Track the delivery status and warehouse put away status of the spare parts.
4、根据需要承担部分新项目涉及的备件相关业务，包括前期项目沟通，接收相关信息和资料，按照时间节点提交交付物，并推进采购签订采购合同Take charge of some new project spare parts business, include the project communication, receive the information and document, hand over the deliverables in time and advance purchase signed purchase contract
5、不断梳理相关备件的保供状态和库存周转状态，不断提高备件的满足率和优化备件的库存 Continuously carding of spare parts for service status and inventory turnover status, constantly improve the service rate and optimize inventory of spare parts
6、根据备件业务需求不断优化完善相关流程及文件 Develop and update process and documents of related spare parts business.
7、及时更新延迟订单涉及的备件的到货时间，并总结缺货原因，在后续工作中进行改进 Update the delivery time of the BO parts in time, and study the shortage reason, make a lesson learning

任职资格Qualification
1、本科及以上学历 Bachelor or above
2、一年以上供应链、采购或物流相关工作经验 About one year working experience of supply chain , procurement or logistics 举报 分享
