职位描述：

Corporate Division IT

Division, located in Shenyang/China

Employment – full time

Tasks

• Take the full responsibility of IT sub-project leader role to build up IT seucity in produciton and enable the future line function
• Set up IT sub-project implementation team, coordinate the resource, manage the budget and risk, delivery the IT solution to business and handover to operation in time and quality
• Report to overall project manager and relevant circle and steering committee of project status

Key Responsibilities

• Define the sub-project team and motivate the project team member to achieve the target
• Define the sub-project timeline,milestone and deliverables
• Manage the business requirement and integrate the IT solution into IT landscape conserdering of system flexibilit and operation complexsity
• Manage the IT solution rollout smoothly integrated with business process go live
• Manage the sub-proejct status and report the sub-project status to overall project manager and relevant circles, manage the project health and risk, esclate the cirtical topic according to the pre-defined esclation rule
• Working in international teams, provide on site presence as required to ensure the qualified deliverables
• Manage the bidding process and contract, steering external partners
• Follow on the ITPM process and method

Qualifications

• University/bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or economic science
• Technical skills in project management, business analysis and organization
• Knowledge of the fundamental methods and procedures of IT risk and security management
• Competence to identify and assess IT security weaknesses
• Microsoft Office systems competency
• ITPM / ITIL / ISO (especially 27001)
• Proficient English, German would be an advantage
• Strong presentation skills (MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint)
• Excellent team work and communication skills
• Experience as project manager
• Experience in IT security and risk management
• Experience in manufacturing environment and practical experience with relevant IT business knowledge
