KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

关键职责

Data integrity: provide support to entity supervisor to ensure reliable data entry to maintain a high level of reporting reliability (dependable statistics)

1, Participate in the cleansing of the existing data and referential

  参与对现有数据的管理

2, Monitor the day to day quality on job file & invoice creation (real customer, transportation units, salesman code, business unit, speed of invoicing, evolution of job file status and closing)

   监管日常数据文件和发票（顾客信息、交通单元、销售代码、商业单元、结账速度、文件数据的创建和关闭等）

3, Monitor the day to day quality of the Pegasus referential

   监管Pegasus系统日常数据质量

Supplier Server backup:

供应商服务器支持

Support for the Supplier Server for supplier invoice matching.

支持供应商服务器发票匹对

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS：
