职位描述：
负责研发产品的部件，模块和样机测试工作，确保研发产品的硬件性能和参数测试合格合规并满足客户需求。协助硬件开发工程师参与硬件开发，保证产品质量以及测试工作的顺利执行。出具测试报告和解决方案以及测试仪器相关的工作。

能力需求:
?本科以上学历，电子相关专业优先
?三年或以上硬件测试或开发经验， 有无线产品研发测试经验的优先
?熟悉频谱仪，WIFI分析仪，网络分析仪等测试仪器的使用方法和参数
?熟悉产品硬件研发测试流程
?良好的工作态度和优秀的分析问题能力
?英语能读能写

工作描述:
?参与产品硬件开发的检视和评审工作
?编写硬件测试方案，制定测试策略
?开发相关硬件测试工具，对现有的硬件测试规范，流程，方法和技术进行改进
?负责测试仪器的维护和管理
