职位描述：
? 负责审核给排水/管道/消防图纸，协助主管编制建议设计改进方案，促进并落实对设计方案的修改和调整；
? 负责项目给排水/管道/消防方面的全方位管理，能独立完成施工组织设计、专项施工方案的编制，完成给排水/管道/消防成本、 进度、质量、安全各方面指标；
? 完成给排水/管道/消防相关的施工计划、验收计划；
? 监督施工过程、质量、原材料检测，中间过程和隐蔽工程验收；
? 对本专业施工班组和各分包商进行现场前的前提条件检查，帮助解决问题；
? 参与施工总平面分阶段布置调整工作，落实施工总平面布置安排；
? 协助各分包商间相互交叉事宜，帮助他们解决技术和协调问题；
? 处理现场突发事件，及时上报和通报；
? 填写施工日志，汇总施工记录、各类技术和隐检资料，定期上交资料员；
? 依据现场实际情况制定每日工作安排、落实计划，检讨每日工作，保证质量、安全、进度计划；
? 主持班组会，进行质量、安全、技术交底，分析质量、安全、进度、成本控制方面存在的问题，持续改进。

任职资格：
? 给排水专业，专科以上学历；
? 6年以上相关工作经验，至少参与过一个超过50,000平方米的高端和综合发展项目经验；
? 精通在商业、写字楼和工地基础设施开发中的给排水和消防系统设计；
? 有给排水和消防系统安装的项目管理经验；
? 有现场质量控制的经验；
? 熟悉国内各类建筑设计的规范与条例，包括写字楼、商业、公寓及零售；
? 熟悉获取与相关证照的要求和程序；
? 能有效地和各类国内外机构及顾问和承包商合作；
? 能够熟练使用计算机软件系统（CAD，办公软件）。 举报 分享
