职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、全面负责非标自动化设备装配工作的管理，做好生产计划、人员安排、技术培训、物料管理。效率管理、质量管理、纪律管理、7S管理。
2、做好订单生产前准备工作，主持召开生产早会，对工作进行安排和汇报。
3、非标自动化设备的安装与调试；
4、与客户进行方案和技术的打合；
任职资格：
1、3年以上非标自动化机械设备装配调试经验，能够按照整机的装配3D图进行安装；2、.熟识机械设计图纸，能独立指导对机器的组装调试，能对故障机器分析原因和维修。

3、有一定的机加工经验：会车床，铣床，磨床，对于装配过程出现的零件加工错误，或者公差过大可以自己利用车床，铣床，磨床去纠正。

5、 动手能力强，有良好的工作习惯。
6、正直忠诚，具有质量至上的意识，强烈的责任感和团队合作精神。
