工作经验 ：
More than 5 years experience in shipping area at foreign owned manufacturing plant 5年以上外资制造企业船务操作经验
专业知识 ：
Logistics knowledge in international shipment handling including air/sea/courier/truck transportation, Incoterm, L/C, international trade. ERP and related shipping/transportation system/tool operation
国际进出口货物操作专业知识，包括各种运输方式定舱，贸易术语，信用证等等。有ERP系统的认知及操作经验
语言能力：
Good language skill for both Chinese and English, can communicate with foreign colleagues fluently to be preferred
中/英文听说读写流利， 能够和国外同事用英语口语顺畅沟通者优先。
其它：
Accountable, quick learner, self-motivation，working carefully
责任心强，学习能力强，上进， 工作细心

工作职责：
Handle daily export and import by various transportation mode from SZ (or subcontractors) to ensure smooth, accurate, timely and cost effective operation
处理每日从欧贝特深圳工厂(或代工厂)出口及进口的各种货物，确保操作有序，及时及最优成本运行
Shipping doc issuing from system or by Excel file, CO and FTA application through broker, ERP operation and Microsoft Access data key in/ for daily shipment
通过系统或Excel格式来签发出货文件，产地证的申请，ERP系统出货操作及进出货数据录入ACCESS汇总表
Coordinate with OME/Planning/warehouse/customs team and forwarder to smoothly and timely arrange daily shipment from Shenzhen to Hong Kong Warehouse(or Hong Kong warehouse to Shenzhen if for import)
协调深圳工厂订单管理／计划／仓库／关务同事及运输公司确保每天货物及时顺利地从深圳工厂到香港货代仓库交仓（亦或进口货物从香港仓库到深圳工厂）
Close liaison with LSPs(logistics service providers) for booking, tracking, freight rate query and their operation performance feedback
与物流供应商紧密地沟通，跟进货物的订舱，运输追踪，报价及供应商操作表现的反馈
Daily Close contact with overseas (located at various regions) customer service teams and local order management team for any question regarding shipment plan and operation
紧密沟通国外各区域客服团队及本地订单管理团队解决任何订单涉及出货的问题
Ensure shipment and related all data meet China customs and destination importation requirement.
确保进出口货物及各项货物数据满足中国海关或进口国海关的各种要求
Freight billing verification, logistics data collection and reporting to supervisor/manager
运费账单的核对，各种物流数据的收集，分析及报告给到主管/经理 举报 分享
