职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1. Ensure appropriate and timely follow up of the assigned sourcing tasks
2.Support cost negotiation and sample development
3. Execute orders to ensure on time shipment
4. Provide administrative support to business unit
5. Track costing and sample status and monitor completion timeline
6. Compile and consolidate sample and costing for comparison
7. Coordinate with functional departments, and 3rd party service providers on order execution

Task:
1. Systems, forms usage, office procedure process follow ups
2. Assist to direct product specs to the right supplier
3. Compile and consolidate performance data of each supplier on a regular basis. Monitor supplier performance
4. Compile relevant business reports
5. Proactively identify best practice and operational issues
6. Assume additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed
7. Buy trip preparation: Supplier meeting, factory visit, sample collection, trip schedule and transportation arrangement
8. Order execution: Sample approval, monitor inspection/delivery, problem solving with different dept. to ensure smooth process and in time shipment

Qualification:
1. Good communication skill-- Verbal and written - Good command of English.
2. Proficient in Microsoft office. Able to work with some formula and create data analysis.
3. Analytical, organized, proactive, sense of urgency
4. Able to handle multiple tasks in organized manner
5. Good interpersonal skill, patience
6. Timeline tracking and discipline
7. Take ownership, flexible and able to work under pressure
8. Able to identify creative alternative solution to solve problems
9. Basic production knowledge, costing and retail knowledge
10. Good negotiation skills in working with suppliers and retail
11. market on product, price and coordination
