Quality System Manager

学历
College or above. must have Quality Green Belt.
工作经历
More than 10 years work experience, 5 years for QMS&EHS management system,
 internal auditor and external audit is available

岗位概述

1. Maintain Quality management system
2. Agreement with 3rd party audit for certification
3. Process excellence
4. DCC management

岗位职责说明

1.Define the company’s global quality policies and procedures including China, India and American.
2.Build QMS, EHS, CSR, IMS, HSF management system.
3.Lead internal audit
4.Lead 3rd party audit and certification management system.
5Create a quality culture based on the processes map and measurement indicators directing the company to COMPANY product quality offering continuous improvement.
6.Lead the implementation of quality models and system that can guarantee to the organization customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness in order to achieve maximum competitiveness.
7.Validate regularly the quality indicators and the best practices of the process development (Internal Benchmarking).
8.Connect customer needs with the conditions of the production process and define product guidelines and criteria and the conditions of the manufacturing process
9.Advice on the determination of QMS/EHS objectives and determination and assignment of indicators
10.Train all the Global internal auditor and professional QMS&EHS engineer.
11.Train all the site department supervisor and manager about QMS and quality tools such as: 8D, PDCA.
12.Consultant all the manufacturer system problem solution

13.the liaison with the body responsible for the verification of the quality system with respect to intended updating of the quality system对质量体系提出的任何更改, 需要与负责颁发ATEX　QAN证书的指定的检验机构进行联络;
