This position is to provide merchandise sourcing, project management, product development and manage suppliers for serving Fortune 500 companies. We are looking for self-motivated talents to be able to quickly learn on new product categories and taking responsibility to communicate with our US colleagues in daily written and spoken English.

This position is to provide merchandise sourcing, project management, product development and manage suppliers for serving Fortune 500 companies. We are looking for self-motivated talents to be able to quickly learn on new product categories and taking responsibility to communicate with our US colleagues in daily written and spoken English.
- Find appropriate suppliers and source innovative products in electronic, metal, plastic, and packaging industry.
- Supply chain expansion for new business opportunities.
- Responsible to translate conceptional product design idea into executable product development.
- Communicate with clients and suppliers on requirements and expectation clearly and efficiently.
- Trouble shooting on product design & development, manufacturing process, and be able to provide creative solutions and alternative options for pushing business forward.
- Handle and monitor multi-projects status and report to managers to meet deadline.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
- Associate or Bachelor degree.
- Minimum 5+ years working experiences in relative industry. Proven management experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability into a dynamic environment.
- With strong analytical capability with creative problem solving skills.
- Strong capability in negotiation with supply chain is a must.
