Job Description
1. Report to station manager
2. Monitor the nominated ground handler passenger movement process
A. Excess baggage and ticket counter
B. Monitor GH Check-in process
C. Baggage reconciliation
D. Departure gate process
E. Boarding
F. Closing the flight
G. Reporting
3. monitor ramp operations
A. Arrival and Departure ramp movement
B. Cargo
C. Engineering
D. Fuelling
E. Cleaning
F. Irregular Baggage handling
G. Weight and Balance
4. Supervise post-flight operations
A. Banking
B. Daily service report
C. Closed flight procedure
5. Assist SM to complete station target
6. Provide timely and accurate monthly station report
7. OTP , complete CAAC , company , daily report
Requirement:
1. Microsoft knowledge (word/excel/power point etc.)
2. Excellent interpersonal and Team work spirit
3. Work under shift
4. English writing and listening
5. College degree
6. Airline operation experience
7. Enjoy promoting and selling a product /service etc.
8. Enjoy facing to passenger and other related department
